IBS-U Confidential Contacts 2024-2025
In addition to organizing fun and extracurricular activities for students, IBS-U also supports students in other areas. The association has two confidential counselors who provide support to students when needed.
The IBS-U confidential counselors are always available if you need someone to talk to. Whether you’re feeling unwell, dealing with a difficult home situation, struggling with personal matters, or want to share feedback about the association, you can always reach out to them.
If you have a conflict with someone within the association, you can also report it to a confidential counselor. Any information you share with them is strictly confidential. They will not discuss your conversations with others unless you request it. This confidentiality also extends to board members—counselors do not share anything with the board unless explicitly asked to do so.
There is one confidential contact person within the board and one outside of it. Their contact details are listed below.
If you prefer to speak with someone outside of the association, you can also contact the student support services at Hanze UAS.

Dijón Felida – Dijón is the chair of IBS-U and the confidential contact person within the board for the 2024-2025 academic year. You can request a meeting with her by emailing dijon_felida@hotmail.com
Esmeé Titahena – Esmeé is the confidential contact person outside of the association for the 2024-2025 academic year. She was the internal coordinator of the 17th board. You can request a conversation with her by emailing esmee.ibsu@gmail.com
