Join us for an engaging and insightful event designed to enhance your skills and broaden your professional network! The day will be structured as follows:

1. IBM Introduction
   We’ll begin with an introduction to IBM, exploring its innovative approaches to technology and business. This session will set the stage for the workshops and discussions that follow.

2. Workshops
   Participants will be divided into small groups to engage in three interactive workshops, each offering hands-on learning and practical insights. The workshops will focus on:

   • Design Thinking: Discover how to approach challenges creatively and develop human-centered solutions.
   • Marketing & Sales: Learn strategies to effectively market and sell products in a technology-driven world.
   • Agile DevOps: Gain insights into agile development processes and how technological advancements can inform and refine project management.

   Each group will rotate through the workshops, ensuring everyone gains valuable knowledge in each area.

3. Networking Time
   After the workshops, take the opportunity to connect with fellow participants, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections.
